Birthright citizenship, enabled by activist judges, is threatening to alter the fabric of the nation. A new study by the Kaiser Family Foundation found that nearly a fifth (17%) of school-going children, or nine million kids, are anchor babies, whose parents are illegal immigrants or temporary residents. However, only 80% of children attend traditional schools, according to EdChoice, pushing the number even higher.

Similarly, ChildStats.gov estimates that there are about 50 million school-going children, of whom 80% or 40 million attended public schools. With nine million of the 40 million public school-attending students being anchor babies, the percentage of children with illegal alien parents rises to about 22.5% or nearly a quarter. In addition, this figure does not account for the small number of children born to illegal immigrants who do not attend schools or those enrolled in private schools.
